IBM ThinkPad T21
Pentium III at 800 MHz, and a keyboard worth the weight.
The T21 sits at the top of the first T-series generation: a mobile Pentium III at 800 MHz on the same 440BX chipset the 600E used, with S3 Savage graphics and a 40 GB IBM Travelstar. The BIOS was last updated in 2004 and it still runs Windows 2000 Professional.
